• Swiggy E-Gift card is for ONE TIME USE ONLY, any unredeemed amount will get forfeited.
• These E-codes are valid for 6 months.
• These E-Gift Code are available for any denomination between INR 200 and INR 1000.
• These E-Gift Code can be used to place online food order on its website, app (Android, iOS), and m-site platform.
• E-Gift Code cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Once E-Gift code has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
• No refund will be made for any lost E-gift code and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift code.
• Maximum one E-Gift code can be used per order.
• E-Gift card valid for a single restaurant bill value only.
• Swiggy at its own discretion may withdraw issuance/redemption of e-gift code, without any prior notice in this regard.
• Swiggys maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the e-gift code.
• Redemption of e-gift code will happen on website, app (Android, iOS), and m-site in the apply coupon code box.
• Any platform discount will NOT be applicable when E-gift code is used on the Swiggy platform.
• Payment method to be prepaid mode only while using the E-Gift code on Swiggy. (Cash on Delivery mode of payment will not be applicable).

• E-Gift vouchers are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
