• Omni Gift Card can be redeemed at Decathlon Retail Outlets , website & mobile app.
• The validity period of Omni Card can be for 1 year.
• Omni Gift Card can be used for multiple transactions.
• If the Invoice value is above Omni Card value, then the balance amount can be paid through cash/debit/credit card/UPI for Store Purchases and debit/credit card/UPI/net banking for Online purchases
• Shipping charges will be applied as per the standard charges or promotions on the website at the time of redemption.
• Omni Gift Card is nonrefundable or cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Redemption Steps for Gift Cards/Omni Gift Cards:
• To apply the Gift Cards at the Payments Page while proceeding to payment in Website where customer would have to enter the 16-digit Card No: and 4-digit Pincode. For offline, Store purchases, to approach the cashier directly and state that there is a gift card needed to be redeemed.
• E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
