• Gift Card /eGift card is a bearer card. It is not valid until activated
• Gift Cards are redeemable on the online website www.globaldesi.in and www.andindia.com and select stores of AND & Global Desi, which are part of Ochre and Black Private Limited.
• Digital or e-Gift Cards can be redeemed once by the user
• Physical gift cards can be redeemed on one or more occasions upto the value of the Gift Card or until it reaches the end of the validity period
• Multiple cards can be clubbed in the offline or store purchase. However multiple cards clubbing is not allowed for online Ecommerce portal purchases.
• Gift Card shall have a validity period of 1 year
• If the invoice value is above the Gift Card value then the balance amount can be paid through other available payment methods
• Gift Cards are non refundable or cannot be exchanged for cash
• Brand is not responsible if the Gift card is stolen or used without permission of the owner
• Brand has the right to cancel the Gift Card obtained fraudulently and the funds have to be credited back to the same source from where these were received
• Brand reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion and without prior notice
