Hyatt E-Gift Card can be redeemed against eligible purchases. Eligible purchases do not include casino purchases, advanced purchases, deposits, friends and family rates, payments for meetings, catering or group functions, negotiated rates (including volume, group, contracted, or other rates that have been previously negotiated and agreed in writing whether paid on a group or individual basis), and goods/services purchased through or provided by third parties, such as travel agents. All other purchases made at participating Hyatt hotels in India are eligible. Use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of terms. Should your purchase exceed the value of the gift card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer.
Protect the Hyatt E-Gift Card to avoid misuse. Hyatt Pinelabs Pvt ltd shall not assume any liability in case the PIN gets stolen / compromised, Hyatt shall neither replace the Hyatt Gift Card nor refund in any form.
Multiple Hyatt E-Gift Cards can be used in one transaction. The maximum denomination per card is limited to Rs 10,000.
Once issued, Hyatt E-Gift Card cannot be cancelled or blocked. Reload of the Gift Card is not allowed.
The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
