• Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon Fresh Voucher.
• Beneficiary of Amazon Fresh Voucher can apply the 13-digit alpha numeric code on https://www.amazon.in/vouchers and add the voucher balance in his/her Amazon.in account.
• Amazon Fresh Voucher (including any unused Amazon Fresh Voucher balance) has an expiry of 12 months from the date of activation, subject to the applicable terms.
• Amazon Fresh Voucher cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
• Pine Labs, Amazon Pay or their affiliates are not responsible if an Amazon Fresh Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
• Amazon Fresh Vouchers are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 48 hours
• Amazon.in logo/trademark used on Amazon Fresh Voucher is an IP of Amazon Pay or its affiliates and the Pine Labs trademark/logo used on Amazon Fresh Voucher is an IP of Pine Labs.

• No returns and no refunds on gift cards, E- gift cards and gift vouchers.
