The Gift card is valid for purchases made from Shell only and is valid for a period of 3 Months from the date of purchase.
Terms and Conditions - Customer TnCs:

• Redeem INR 1000 (based on the value of the voucher) on every fuel purchase from Shell.
• The discount is valid on fueling equivalent to or above the value of the discount voucher. Partial redemption of the value of the voucher is not allowed.
• Voucher code is valid till DD/MM/YYY or validity of respective coupon codes whichever is earlier.
• The offer shall be valid for 3 months from the date of redeeming the code on the Shell Asia Customer Account.
• Offer will be visible and can be utilized only after 24hrs once the user has redeemed the coupon code on Shell Asia App.
• No. of codes that can be redeemed (Added on the Shell Asia Customer Account) per day is 5. Discount can be availed only on 3 transactions in a day.
• Offer is valid only at Shell/ Company owned Company operated mobility Stations and only on purchases made through Shell Asia App
• Multiples vouchers cannot be clubbed together for a transaction.
• The offer is valid only on successful/approved transactions.
• The offer cannot be exchanged with any other offer provided by Shell. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or Cheque or any other offer.
• Shell GO+ terms and conditions also apply.
• By participating in the Offer, the Customers shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• Voucher is considered redeemed if the code is redeemed (added) in the customer's Shell Asia Account.

Customer Support scenarios:

• Acceptance - Only on the Shell Asia app.
• Reload Possibility - New voucher code needs to be added by the customer on their Shell Asia account
• Clubbing Cards Allowed? - Clubbing of cards is not possible
• Part Redemption allowed (For Both Physical and E-Gift card) - Part redemption is not allowed
• Refund Possibility - as per T n C

Steps to Redeem the card (How to use the Gift card - Physical and E-Gift card):

1. Download Shell Asia Application.
2. Create account on Shell Asia Application using mobile number.
3. Login into Shell Asia application.
4. Click on 'Account' in the home page.
5. Click on 'Redeem a Voucher'.
6. Enter the Voucher Code.
The value of the voucher will reflect in the offer section of the app.
