- It is mandatory to submit the E-Gift card details, that is, Gift card number and pin, to the Bodycraft team before the service starts.
- The E-gift card is valid on all days of the week.
- Multiple E-gift cards can be clubbed for redemption.
- The E-gift card can be used multiple times till the balance is left on the card. The remaining balance, if any, will not be refunded through any medium.
- The E-gift card cannot be used to purchase Products, Memberships, Packages at Bodycraft.
- The E-gift card cannot be clubbed with any other discounts, offers, promos, packages and membership benefits running at Bodycraft
- E-Gift card once purchased, cannot be refunded.
- E-Gift card validity cannot be extended.
- The validity of the E-gift Card is for 6 months.

- Inform the cashier about the Gift Card before availing the service.
- Show the Gift Card details to the cashier at the time of billing and pay any balance amount by card or cash.
