• Gift Card is valid for 1 Year from the date of activation.
• Gift Card can be redeemed only at EaseMyTrip.com.
• Gift Card is valid for booking of
• Flights (Domestic/International)
• Hotels (Domestic)
• Buses (Domestic)
• For redeeming Flights/Hotels/Buses online at www.EaseMyTrip.com, please follow the following steps:
• Please select your Flight/Hotel/Bus and fill required details till you reach the payment page.
• On payments page, Select "Gift Voucher" as your Payment Mode.
• Enter your Gift Card/ Card No. (16 Digit) and 6 Digit Pin No.
• Click on "Redeem Gift Card" and pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes listed.
• In case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same Gift Card.
• Gift Card is valid for multiple/partial redemption. Multiple transactions can be performed on Gift Card until the value of the card is exhausted during the validity period.
• Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the Gift Card value).
• If a Gift Card is lost or stolen, EaseMyTrip will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.
• This Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by EaseMyTrip.com.
• No additional Discount / reduction in the price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the Gift Cards.
• Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms and conditions of EaseMyTrip.com.
• EaseMyTrip.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using Gift Card during booking.
• No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this Gift Card.
• In case of cancellations, where EGV is valid, amount (as applicable after deducting cancellation, rescheduling and any other charges) will be refunded back to the EGV.
• In case of cancellations, where Gift Card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by Gift Card.
• All the terms and conditions of the Gift Card as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of EaseMYTrip.com as mentioned on the website www.EaseMYTrip.com and the terms and conditions of the respective airline/ hotel /resort/other service provider shall be applicable on the Customer.
• Any legal disputes, whatsoever regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
